Sms Alert Service For Gautrain

Gautrain launched its sms alert service to keep customers updated about any delays or big news.
To activate the service requires one sms with the word 'alert' to 32693.
The sms costs R1 but the service is free after that.
Gautrain's Errol Braithwaite said, "We've used channels such as Facebook, Twitter, radio and newspapers but unfortunately that doesn't help if you are already in your car on your way to the station. We would like to get messaging to you before you leave home so that you are not inconvenienced."
